2021 COMPLIMENTS

 Greetings in the year 2021

Welcome back to the Journey With Chef Samuel Moshesh hope you guys are ready for a new year of Hope. Covid19 has really taken a toll on the industry where we even lost our loved ones and drastically our chefs, may 2021 bring Hope in all aspects of the industry.

Yes the festive season was really busy where I saw myself having to go to one of the most unique and exciting place in SA. I met a very diverse group of people who are lead by a Gentleman whom I respect a lot a maestro Chef TG. In a very short space of time I hit the ground running and trust me I loved it 💯. I really appreciate the time invested in me and the knowledge shared. You guys are awesome 🙏.                                           

                                                     

This year I am on a quest to discover, distinguish and reintroduce Fine Food Art. I am taking you guys on a journey to the center of food, I'll be cooking from home, eating out, learning what others are doing differently, reviewing a few cook books, sharing a lot of experience and ideas.                                             

I'll be sharing your recipes on the blog and I also have a few interesting people I'll be working with.

Let 2021 be the year where you make your mark and change live's in the process.
