Anyways enough about drama let's talk modern Traditional Cuisine πŸ˜œπŸ˜‹πŸ˜œπŸ˜‹πŸ˜œπŸ˜‹πŸ€”
I have something in mind..... Umfino πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ but now adding pap and making fritters... Mmm... Mmm... MmmπŸ‘ŒπŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

1 Onion Finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Thyme
225g Spinach, blanched and chopped
Pinch of Chilli flakes
Salt
Pepper
20g Butter
10ml Olive oil
 280g Maize Meal( Pap)

Sautee your onions, garlic and thyme for about 5 minutes and sprinkle the chilli flakes.
Mix in the maize meal and add 1 cup of water to the mixture, mix gradually and let it cook for a while, keep checking and stirring thoroughly until nice and fluffy and set a side.

Then start making small golf size balls with the mixture.
In a non-stick pan add your butter and flatten the down and fry until the golden brown on each side. Or why not crumb them and deep fry themπŸ€”πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€πŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
