Just another stupid idea for Valentines Day πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚❤🎊😎

1 cup butter, softened 
1 3/4 cup sugar
5 egg whites
2 cups pureed strawberries 
3 cups cake flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Frosting cream πŸ¦πŸ¦πŸ¦
500g cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 castor sugar
1/2 cup sour cream 
1/4 pureed strawberries
1/2 tsp strawberry extract
1 cup seedless strawberry jam
Sliced Strawberries (optional)

Preparation 

In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
 Add the egg whites one at a time, beating well after each addition.
 Beat in strawberries, sour cream and extract. 

Combine all the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. 

Transfer in into cake tins a bake for 20-25 minutes.
