MORE BREAKFAST GOODIES

 Shakshuka🤔🤔🤔 hahaha relax, I love that being influenced by my travels around the Middle Eastern Countries has paid off 😜😜😜😜😁😁😁



As a young nutritionist I always try and make sure breakfast is packed with all the required nutrients 💪💪💪💪😋😋😋

Shakshuka😎😎😎

2 tsp vegetable oil
2 Cloves garlic, crushed/minced
1 Onion, chopped
1 Zucchini, chopped
1 Tomato, diced
1 fresh chilli
Coriander 
Hot sauce 
3 eggs 
Pinch of salt

♨♨♨♨♨🌶🌶🌶🔥🔥🔥🔥🍳🍳🍳🍳

Preparation steps

Heat the vegetable oil in a small pan/skillet over medium heat. 
Stir in the garlic and onions, cook until onions has softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add Zucchini and cook for 5 more minutes, mix in the tomatoes and hot sauce and let them simmer for 10 minutes. 
Make 3 wells in the mix, and crack the eggs into each well. Do not stir, cover and cook until eggs are desired consistency, about 3 minutes for a soft yolk. 😋😋😋🌶🌶🌶🌶🔥🔥🔥♨♨♨♨🍳🍳🍳🍳🔟🔟🔟🔟
