Duck

It's the most underated deligacy....  But I can say it's also a bit costly. πŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦† Mmm mmm mmm

This is how I do it... πŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ€­πŸ€­πŸ€­πŸ€­πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€


1 whole Duck
150g Plum Chutney 
4 Oranges
1 Bay Leave
Thyme 
2 whole Red Chilli 
500ml orange Juice 
1 Onion Finely chopped 
Pepper Corn
500ml chicken stock 

πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ€­πŸ€­πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ’‘πŸ’‘πŸ’‘πŸ’‘ Make sure you place whole ducks in a deep pot with all the ingredients and place a heavy bowl to make sure the duck is submerged and boil for 2 hours. 
Then remove and dry roast for 30 minutes and put back in the pot and continue to boil down the remaining balance of the sauce.
 Again back to the oven for another 30 minutes and reduce the sauce until nice and thick. 
Then use the sauce to baste the duck while roasting do it does not get dry. 
Switch off the oven and leave it in there for a bit for that crispy sweet skin πŸ˜…πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ¦†πŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ€­πŸ€­πŸ˜€πŸ˜€✔️✔️✔️πŸ¦†πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸŒžπŸŒžπŸŒžπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ€—πŸ€—
