 Ingredients 

500gm Mutton 

5 Garlic cloves Finely chopped 

2 Onions Finely chopped 

3/4 cup Curd/ Yogurt 

1 Tbsp Cumin powder 

1 Tbsp Coriander powder

4 Cloves

4 Green Chillies

1tsp ginger grated 

2 Tomatoes Finely chopped 

3 Bay leaves 

1tsp Tumeric powder 

1tsp chilli powder 

30ml Vegetable Oil 

Salt
