1 Can coconut milk/cream 
2 boneless chicken breast Cubed 
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tsp fish sauce 
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup spinach Finely chopped
2 Tbsp chopped Basil 
1 cup sliced mushrooms 
5 Tbsp Thai green curry paste
1 cup of chopped Zucchinis 
Salt and Pepper to taste
