Ingredients
1kg Oxtail
1/2 Cup flour
Salt
Pepper
1 Bay Leave
1 Bouquet Garni
4 leeks roughly chopped
2 Onions roughly chopped
4 Carrots roughly chopped
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 tsp pepper corn
Thyme
15ml Olive oil
1,8L beef stock
1 Tbsp tomato paste
Guys the Bev is very important 300ML RED WINE ππππ€π€π€ππππππππππππππππ€π€π€π€ππππ
Make sure before you coat and brown your Oxtail you pat it dry with a paper towel please π€π€π€ππππ

Cook slow in a CAST-IRON POT over open fire for about 4 hours and 30 minutes. Don't stir at all until it's ready but make sure you season properly. π
